Our Habitat at Hickory Mountain
Situated in the rolling hills of central North Carolina, our hunting grounds have been set apart from the main farm to create a habitat suitable for upland bird hunting. Hunters can expect to chase quail, chukar, and pheasant in habitat that consists of natural cover along with seasonal milo and millet. Annuals are strategically planted to ensure standing, huntable cover throughout the fall and winter months. Our guides are experienced, courteous and strive to give you the best experience possible. Whether it is recalling memories of days spent with Granddad behind a bird dog or creating new memories with the next generation, we hope our farm is a place for all to enjoy.
